5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times — meaning the wagering requirement on a ৳1,200 bonus will be ৳24,000.

5.2 Bonus Misuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits, providing false information, or using any fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

5.3 Other Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

• Match fixing or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, tk171 will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and take applicable legal action.

7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

tk171 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide required documents during the identity verification process.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• To protect the account for security-related reasons.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they must contact the customer service team. Before submitting a closure request, the member should confirm their balance and any applicable wagering requirements.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
